Factuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Quito, Ecuador, unless otherwise required by applicable international laws.
